BMC Helix Virtual Agent offers intelligent, omni-channel experiences that lets users find and request services through a conversational interface. 

If you are new to the BMC Helix Virtual Agent product, read and perform getting started tasks to learn how to configure a chatbot for your organization. If you are not sure where to start, read the Product-Overview.
