Use case - Small talk
In the context of chatbot, small talk is used to deliver causal conversation to the user. The purpose is to give the Chatbot a more social persona in order to make it easier for a user to relate to it. It also helps in providing a level of confidence to the user when the Chatbot is able to understand basic greetings, random questions or short snippets of conversation.
