Exercise 4 - Test the Distribution list request service from IBM Watson Assistant

After the service is published, the next step is to test the use case using a variation of utterances to determine if you will need to add additional Intent and/or Entity values. For this use case there were no additional modifications made to the Intent, #createDistributionList and Dialog Nodes, parent node being BMC - Create Distribution List, that was created by the publishing wizard. Note that there were no Entities created for this use case.
