Configure the imported Watson Assistant Dialog in the Chatbot Starter kit bundle
After importing the IBM Watson Assistant skills, you can configure the Chatbot to access those specific skills as follows:
From BMC Helix Innovation Studio select the Chatbot Starter Kit bundle. Click the Chatbot tab and then click the New button as shown below:
It will prompt you for the Chatbot Name. Although you can type any name, please type "IT Chatbot", in order to map the IT Chatbot Watson skill under this, as it will be easier to recognize which Bot it is and what is configured under it going forward. With this step, we have created a new chatbot. Next, let's configure the Watson Assistant Service API key and Workspace key for this newly created IT Chatbot.
From the IBM Watson Assistant page, where you had uploaded the Watson skills, click on the three vertical dots button and select the View API Details option as shown below:

Now we will map the Watson skill API key and Skill ID to their corresponding configuration parameter in the BMC Helix Innovation Studio settings page. Please refer to the screenshot below that has both the Watson Skill details and the BMC Helix Innovation Studio Chatbot configuration settings page side-by-side.Map the API Key to the API Key and the Skill ID to the Workspace ID in the BMC Helix Innovation Studio settings page. After this mapping is done, click the Save button (You may need to scroll down this page to find the Save button). Repeat the same steps for HR Chatbot (skill-HR-Chatbot.json skill which you imported) as well.
