Use case - Time-off request

This service has two parts. The first part is used to request time off while the second part is used to get your leave (i.e. vacation) balance.
This service is based on BMC Helix Innovation Studio process and IBM Watson Assistant content. In this service Chatbot interacts with IBM Watson Assistant to ask the required questions and in the end invoke the BMC Helix Innovation Studio process to submit a request.
The approach used to design this service is to first develop the BMC Helix Innovation Studio process and test that process in Innovation Studio. Then develop the Watson Dialogs to invoke this process.
