Use case - Holiday list request

This service is used to display a list of holidays for a given country and year. If the country and year are not specified, then by default the current year and the requester's Innovation Studio foundation country is used. This is how the service output looks like from the chatbot UI.

This service is based on Innovation Studio record and process definitions as well as IBM Watson Assistant content. We have used same Record and Process definition used to implement the Medical insurance policy Information service.
BMC Helix Innovation Studio implementation details
 This is a BMC Helix Innovation Studio driven service that interacts with a process that gets the required information from a record definition. The record stores the holiday list data for a given country and year.
