Exercise 1 - Define the BMC Helix Innovation Studio Web API Connection


As mentioned earlier this service will pull notifications details from DWP. To do that you will need a WEB API connection. For example, you can create a new Web API connection 'DWP Connection' under Administration -> Connections -> Web API. This is RSSO type of connection.

OOTB DWP calls use RSSO configuration which is present under Administration -> RSSO OAuth. Here you can use the same configuration to create a WEB API connection.
