Task 5: Viewing and publishing the migrated services

The following image shows the process of migrating services:

To view and publish the services or service revisions

1. As an administrator, log in in to BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog. 
2. On the Services tab, click Services. 
3. View the migrated services.
   1. On the My Services tab, click the checkbox next to service that you want to view. 
   2. Select Actions > Open. 
   3. View the details related to this migrated service. 
4. View the service revisions.
   1. Click the Revision History tab.
   2. A list of service revisions is displayed, as shown in the following image:
      
      
      
      
   3. Verify the services that you want to want to publish. 
5. Publish the service revisions.
   1. Select the service revision that you want to publish. 
   2. Select Actions > Approve and Publish. 
6. Publish the services that are migrated for the first time. 
   1. Click the Pending tab. 
   2. Select the checkboxes next to the services that you want to approve and publish. 
   3. Select Actions > Approve and Publish, as shown in the following image: 
      
      
      
      
7. Click the Published tab to view the published services.
