Task 6: Auditing the email notifications

To audit email notifications from the notification engine on BMC Helix Innovation Suite
- As an administrator, log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
- On the Workspace tab, click Digital Workplace.
- Click the Records tab.
- Click the checkbox next to Notification and click Edit data.
- From the list of record instances, check the Status column for failed or rejected notifications and click that instance.
- On the Edit Record panel, view the field values to investigate the cause of the failed notifications.
- (Optional) To resend a failed or rejected notification, in the Status field, select New.
- Click Save.
