Task 6: Auditing the email notifications


After configuring and enabling the notification engine on BMC Helix Innovation Suite, as an administrator, you can audit email notifications if they are not sent to the end users. 


The following image shows the process of leveraging the notification engine on BMC Helix Innovation Suite:

To audit email notifications from the notification engine on BMC Helix Innovation Suite

  1. As an administrator, log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
  2. On the Workspace tab, click Digital Workplace.
  3. Click the Records tab.  
  4. Click the checkbox next to Notification and click Edit data.
  5. From the list of record instances, check the Status column for failed or rejected notifications and click that instance. 
  6. On the Edit Record panel, view the field values to investigate the cause of the failed notifications. 
  7. (Optional) To resend a failed or rejected notification, in the Status field,  select New.
  8. Click Save.
