Upgrading


You can upgrade BMC Helix Digital Workplace from 18.05 Patch 1 or later by using the BMC Helix Digital Workplace installer. Before you start the upgrade, make sure you understand the upgrade considerations and processes properly.

The following table describes the stages and actions to perform an upgrade:

Gather all the information that is required for a successful upgrade, such as planning worksheets, system requirements, installation files, and so on.

Upgrade the application on a single server or a cluster by using the wizard installer.
