Quick start for BMC Helix Digital Workplace users

In BMC Helix Digital Workplace, administrators are responsible for configuring the product and ensuring that the end users receive smooth services for their day to day requirements. Whereas, super administrators have the capability to configure sub-tenants and create external portals, along with the capabilities of a regular administrator.

Before you proceed with using the product, understand the different concepts, permissions, processes, and responsibilities that are related to your role.
