Providing feedback using BMC Helix Chatbot User survey


As a user, you can provide a rating and feedback on your interaction with the BMC Helix Chatbot. You will be presented with the rating and feedback survey when one of the following condition is satisfied:

  • After submitting a request.
  • After the question "Is there anything that I can help you with?" 
  • After you say "I want to provide feedback”.

Note

You will be presented with the survey only one time in one session, unless you request another survey.

To provide a rating or feedback

  1. Start a chatbot conversation.
  2. After you are done with the conversation, select one rating from the following options that are presented to you:  

    Rating Options (Web/Slack/SMS or Skype)

    Chatbot response

    "Excellent! Tell us what you liked"
