Providing feedback using BMC Helix Chatbot User survey
As a user, you can provide a rating and feedback on your interaction with the BMC Helix Chatbot. You will be presented with the rating and feedback survey when one of the following condition is satisfied:
- After submitting a request.
- After the question "Is there anything that I can help you with?"
- After you say "I want to provide feedback”.
To provide a rating or feedback
- Start a chatbot conversation.
After you are done with the conversation, select one rating from the following options that are presented to you:
Rating Options (Web/Slack/SMS or Skype)
Chatbot response
or Excellent or 5
"Excellent! Tell us what you liked"
or Good or 4
"How can I improve"
or OK or 3
"How can I improve"
or Disliked or 2
"How can I improve"
or Terrible or 1
"How can I improve"
