Use case - Outage Notifications


In this use case, you will be shown how to enable outage notifications to be displayed to end user via the Chatbot. The outage notification message will look like this,

For this use case we will focus on the unavailable service outages notifications found in the DWP notifications (notifications displayed under bell icon).  The following section will show you how to implement this use case.

BMC Helix Innovation Studio implementation details:
For this use case you will need to create the following BMC Helix Innovation Studio objects.

  1. WEB API: DWP API
  2. Document:
    1. DWP Notification Item
    2. DWP Notification Response
  3. Process: Get Outage Notifications
