This documentation supports the 20.08 version of BMC Digital Workplace Basic, which is available only to BMC Helix subscribers (SaaS). To view an earlier version, select the version from the Product Version menu.

Required ports

This page lists the port numbers and associated network traffic that the BMC Digital Workplace application uses. Open the ports to enable communication through the firewall for the applications to operate successfully. If port numbers are different from the default values, then modify the firewall configuration to match.
