Simplified switch from one impersonated user to another

In earlier versions of BMC Digital Workplace, if the impersonated user wanted to impersonate another user, they first returned to their own view. With this version, end users can switch to another user directly. For more information, see Requesting-services-on-behalf-of-other-end-users.

Simplified request of the same service on behalf of multiple users

End users can submit the same service request multiple times by changing the Request for user. This feature enables end users to submit a service request for different users during checkout and without returning to the Catalog tab.
