Upgrading



You can upgrade BMC Digital Workplace Catalog from a supported release to a current release. Before you start the upgrade, make sure you understand the upgrade considerations and processes properly.

The following table describes the stages and actions to perform an upgrade:

Download the upgrade files from the Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site.

Upgrade a single instance of BMC Digital Workplace to the latest release.

Upgrade multiple servers on which BMC Digital Workplace Catalog is running to the latest release.


If you use BMC Digital Workplace Catalog, you must upgrade it when you upgrade BMC Digital Workplace.
