Storage All-in-One ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization 1.5.00


    • Dell EMC VMAX/PowerMax storage systems are now also fully supported via the Unisphere REST API
    • Hitachi G Series storage systems are fully supported via the REST API
    • Red Hat Ceph REST is now referred to as Ceph REST

Storage Views

  • The Red Hat Ceph View was renamed Ceph View. If you previously installed the Red Hat Ceph View, it is highly recommended to manually delete the system task Red Hat Ceph Capacity Views – Data Mart Materializer.

The following ETL modules are now enhanced to support new features and additional metrics:

Hitachi Device Manager ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization

  • The method used to collect metrics for Volumes is now performed in a single request to make it faster..
  • Added “ST_DISK_TYPE” metric to Storage Pool entities. This configuration metric refers to the Disk Type and Disk RPM of the given Parity Group.
  • Increased default timeout for REST requests up to 1 hour.

NetApp Data ONTAP ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization 21.02

The relationship between an Ethernet Port and its related Controller is now correctly reported.

Adds new ST_SAVED_SPACE_PCT metric that reports on the percentage of space savings achieved by using deduplication and data compression.
