Storage Views

The Aggregates page in the NetApp Systems View now reports the total capacity committed to the NetApp Volumes in the aggregate in Terabytes (see Committed Capacity column).

Note: The Committed Capacity and Subscribe Capacity columns are displayed by default, but can be hidden.

ETL Modules Enhancements

The Jackson Library is removed from the following ETLs:

• Dell EMC Unity (REST):
  • Addition of new metrics for Storage Systems, Storage Pools and Storage Volumes.
  • Requires version 1.10.00 or higher or the engine.
• Dell EMC PowerStore (REST)
  • Requires version 1.10.00 or higher or the engine.

• Pure Storage (REST): The ETL has been improved to allow management of environments with more than 500 monitored volumes.
• Dell EMC Unity (REST): Shares/File Systems are now hierarchically exposed under the Storage System in the BMC Helix console's tree view. Note that the relationship between Pools and Shares/File Systems remains and can be viewed in the device's specific page of the BMC Helix console.
• The calculation of the bandwidth utilization for Ports, Controllers and Storage Systems has been reviewed to report accurate values (impacted metrics: BYPORT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL, BYCONT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL and ST_SYSTEM_BANDWIDTH_UTIL).

Dell EMC Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) ETL 153 for BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization:

• The ETL now discovers and collects metrics for Virtual Datacenters (VDC) only.

• The calculation of the bandwidth utilization for Ports, Controllers and Storage Systems has been reviewed to report accurate values (impacted metrics: BYPORT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL, BYCONT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL and ST_SYSTEM_BANDWIDTH_UTIL).

• The calculation of the bandwidth utilization for Ports, Controllers and Storage Systems has been reviewed to report accurate values (impacted metrics: BYPORT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL, BYCONT_BANDWIDTH_UTIL and ST_SYSTEM_BANDWIDTH_UTIL).
