Track-It! calculates the duration from a priority in units of time (seconds, minutes, hours, days, or weeks). However, the calculation procedure depends on whether you have defined a schedule.
Example 1
No work schedule is defined in Track-It!, so a duration of 10 days (= 240 hours) is calculated from the start date and time of the task.
The end date and time is 10 calendar days from the start date and time.
Example 2
You have defined a work schedule in Track-It! of 8 hours per day, 5 work days per week. This comes to 40 hours per week.
The duration is calculated based on the work schedule. The duration of 10 days (= 240 hours) is divided by the work schedule (number of work hours per week), so the end date and time is (240 / 40) = 6 weeks from the start date and time.
