Using Self Service, requestors can create and update their own tickets, access a database of self-help solutions and provide feedback on them, and view active announcements that might impact them.
Important
On the Self Service home page, click My Tickets to view a list of the tickets created or updated in Self Service.
On the Self Service home page, you can view active announcements on the Announcements panel .
