Using Self Service


Using Self Service, requestors can create and update their own tickets, access a database of self-help solutions and provide feedback on them, and view active announcements that might impact them.

Important

  • On the Self Service home page, click My Tickets to view a list of the tickets created or updated in Self Service.
  • On the Self Service home page, you can view active announcements on the Announcements panel .

To search only in the Using Self Service section of the wiki, enter a search term in the field below and click Search.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
