Assigning tickets in a Round Robin order

You can enable Round Robin Settings when you create a group. All new and updated unassigned tickets are assigned to the technicians in the group in a set rotational order. For more information, see To create a group.

You are unable to navigate to the Parent ticket from the Assignment form.
