2023 Release 02

Viewing the audit log for a ticket

You can now view the technician and system activity of a ticket in the Audit Trail window. Additionally, you can easily monitor any changes made to the ticket in its lifecycle. For more information, see Viewing-the-audit-trail-for-tickets.

Unlocking records locked by other technicians

If any technician has a record open in their workspace, it is automatically locked for other users. As an administrator, you can now unlock these locked records directly from the interface. For more information, see Unlocking-a-record-locked-by-another-technician.

Customizing reports using the Expressions Editor

You can use the Expressions Editor to set the values for most of the properties of the report controls. These can include data fields, constants, functions, report parameters, and property values of other controls.  For more information, see Designing-and-generating-reports.

Deleting or disabling users that are deleted or disabled in the Active Directory

When you import users from a group, you can only delete those users who are present in Track-It!, but are already deleted in Active Directory. 

When you import users from a group, you can disable or delete users who are present in Track-It!, but are disabled or deleted in Active Directory.

Updates to scheduling reports

You can configure a schedule to run on Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly intervals only.

You can configure a schedule to automatically run and email a report on a particular day of a month in a year or a regular yearly interval.
