Enhancements
This product update includes the following enhancements:

Updates to configuring incoming and outgoing email mailboxes | We have introduced the ability to configure Microsoft 365 with OAuth to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Online server. We recommend using it for better performance and better access control as compared to the other mailbox types. |
Updates to sending an email via ticket | If the technician sends an email with the expressions {TICKETALLTECHNICIANNOTES}, {TICKETLASTNOTE}, and {TICKETRESOLUTIONNOTE}, then the Email sent user note resolves the expressions and displays the data from those notes which are not marked as Private. For more information, see Performing additional actions on a ticket. |
Updates to sending an email via assignment | If the technician sends an email with the expressions {ASSIGNMENTALLTECHNICIANNOTES}, {ASSIGNMENTLASTNOTE}, and {ASSIGNMENTRESOLUTIONNOTE}, then the Email sent user note resolves the expressions and displays the data from those notes. Updates to creating and managing tickets | When a closed ticket is copied, the new ticket will have the status as open. For more information, see Ticket toolbar options. |

Updates to searching for records | The search results for each module are displayed in a separate grid. You can sort the column values in the grid view in ascending or descending order. You can filter the data in each column in the grid view. You can use the toggle key to switch the global search results from grid view to list view. Updates to the LogConfig utility | You can now generate log files for the Microsoft 365 with OAuth component. For more information, see Viewing-with-log-files. |
