Viewing scheduled jobs
Track-It! enables you to schedule automatic jobs for running reports, synchronizing assets, and creating tickets. The Schedule Jobs module provides you with the ability to:
- View a comprehensive list of all of your scheduled jobs.
- Examine details about the job schedules.
- Stop or restart Track-It! Infrastructure Service from running the jobs.
To view scheduled jobs
- On the header bar, expand the hamburger menu
and select Configuration.
Click Application Settings > Scheduled Jobs.
The Scheduled Jobs page is displayed.
The following table describes the job details you can view for all of your scheduled jobs:Job detail
Description
Name
Specifies the name of the scheduled job
The following scheduled jobs are listed:
- Asset Sync Scheduler. For more information, see To schedule asset synchronization.
- Ticket Scheduler. For more information, see Scheduling-recurring-tickets.
- Report Scheduler. For more information, see Scheduling-reports.
- Directory Importer. For more information, see To configure a schedule for an Active Directory.
Created Time
Specifies the time-stamp when the job was scheduled
Frequency
Specifies a general time-frame for when the scheduled job executes
Recurrence
Specifies details about the selected recurrence pattern for the scheduled job
Examples:
- Every hour
- At 2:00 AM, every 2 days
- At 11:12 PM, on day 25 of the month
Last Execution Time
Specifies the time-stamp when the last job was executed
The value in this field is null for jobs scheduled in the future.Next Execution Time
Specifies the time-stamp of the next execution time
To stop or start Track-It! Infrastructure Services
Track-It! Infrastructure Services runs all of your scheduled jobs automatically. You can stop or start Track-It! Infrastructure Services from running all scheduled jobs using the Scheduled Jobs module.
- On the header bar, expand the hamburger menu
and select Configuration.
- Click Application Settings > Scheduled Jobs.
The Scheduled Jobs page is displayed. Perform one of the following actions:

Stop running scheduled jobs
Click Stop Now.
Start running scheduled jobs
Click Start Now.
