Data that is not migrated
The Migration Tool does not migrate the following system configurations and advanced configurations:
- Change Management Notification Templates (see Configuring-business-rules)
- Change Policies (see Configuring change policies)
- Custom Reports (see Designing-and-generating-reports)
- Email policies (see Configuring-email)
- Email settings and policies (see Configuring-email)
- Event and work order policies (see Configuring-business-rules)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (see Configuring-service-level-agreements)
- Skill routing policies (see Configuring-support-specialists or Configuring-business-rules)
- Technician permissions (see Assigning permissions to a technician)
- Work Order Notification Templates (see Configuring-business-rules)
- Work Order Schedules (see Scheduling-recurring-tickets)
However, the Migration Tool can generate a set of reports that help you to reconfigure these settings in Track-It! 2020. The system configurations reports are located in the Advanced Configuration folder at the location where you have installed the Migration Tool. All logs created during the migration process are located in the Log folder at the location where you have installed the Migration Tool.
