Language availability Track-It! 2020 Release 03 online technical documentation is also available in the following languages:
  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Spanish
  • Spanish (XL)
The displayed language depends on your browser language. However, you can change languages from the Language menu.

Product notifications

When you log in to Track-it! and there are unread product notifications, the Product Alerts dialog is displayed, which shows all of the unread product notifications.  From the Product Notifications dialog, you can:

  • Read the alerts
  • Dismiss the alerts to mark them as read
  • Close the dialog without marking the alerts as read

At any time during your Track-It! session, you can use the following procedure to check your product notifications and announcements.

  1. On the Track-It! header bar, click Announcements image2016-12-2 18:23:10.png.
  2. At Product Alerts, click More.
    The Product Notifications dialog displays, showing any unread alerts.

  3. Perform any of the following actions:

    Description

    Click View all Alerts

    Displays both unread and read alerts that are applicable for your version of Track-It!

    Click Dismiss

    Marks the unread alerts as read and closes the Product Notifications dialog

    Click Remind Me Later

    Closes the Product Notifications dialog and does not mark the unread alerts as read

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
