Customizing the logo displayed in Self Service

You can customize Self Service by configuring your company's logo. Based on your requirements, you can replace the default images with your company logo.

To customize the logo for Self Service landing page

1. Based on the location where you have installed Track-It! on the Track-It! Web server, perform any of the following tasks:

   Action	Steps
   To update the logo on the Self Service homepage	Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC\Track-It!\SelfService\<Content.17.0.0.326>\images\Custom. Back up the CompanyLogo.png (775x94) file.
   To update the logo on the Self Service login page	Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC\Track-It!\SelfService\<Content.17.0.0.326>\images \common. Back up the TrackIt.png image file.

2. Create your company logo files to match the dimensions and name of the default files.
3. Copy and replace the default files.
   Users must clear their browser cache to view the updated Self Service branding.
