Creating reports
provides a variety of predefined reports to give you quick access to information. You can use the Reports tab to view, create, edit, and export these reports.
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
On the Home page, click the Create Dashboards and Reports tile, and from the menu select Reports & Dashboards (Salesforce).
On the Reports & Dashboards page, click New Report.
The Select Report Type list displays the out-of-the-box reports provided by .
If the Allow Reports check box is selected for custom objects, the report types of those custom objects are displayed in Other Reports in the Select Report Type list. Select a report type and click Create to create a new report.
