Viewing the asset management dashboard and reports

The  Asset Management Dashboard displays multiple reports that provide key data about assets in  Configuration Management Database (CMDB) 2.0. To see the list of reports provided in the Asset Management Dashboard, see Accessing-predefined-reports.

1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
2. On the Home page, click the Create Dashboards and Reports tile, and from the menu select Reports & Dashboards (Salesforce).

3. In the Name column, click Remedyforce Asset Management Dashboard.
   The  Asset Management Dashboard is displayed. For information about the reports available in the dashboard, see Asset management reports.

   Note

   You can also access the asset-related reports by navigating to Remedyforce Administration > Create Dashboards and Reports > Reports & Dashboards (Salesforce). On the Reports tab, from the Folders list, you must select Remedyforce, and then in the Report Name column, click the report you want to view.
