Hiding the Salesforce sidebar on the Remedyforce Console

You can now hide the Salesforce sidebar on the Remedyforce Console, providing more working space to the staff members.

  1. Navigate to Remedyforce Administration > Application Settings > Consoles.
  2. Under General Console Settings, clear the Display Salesforce Sidebar check box.
  3. Click Save; click OK.

The Salesforce sidebar will now be hidden in the Remedyforce Console list view and on all the forms in the Remedyforce Console.
