Customizing logo in BMC Remedyforce

You can customize the logo that appears in the upper-left section of BMC Remedyforce by replacing it with an image of your company logo.

To customize the logo that appears in the upper-left section of BMC Remedyforce

  1. Based on whether you are on Salesforce Classic or Salesforce Lightning, perform the following action:
    • For Salesforce Classic, navigate to Setup > Build > Create > Apps.
    • For Salesforce Lightning, navigate to Setup > Platform Tools > Apps > App Manager.
  2. To edit the BMC Helix Remedyforce app,
    • For Salesforce Classic, in the Actions column beside BMC Helix Remedyforce, click Edit.
    • For Salesforce Lightning, click image2020-7-17_13-13-25.pngfor BMC Helix Remedyforce and select Edit.
  3. In the Choose the Image Source for the Custom App Logo field, click Insert an Image.
  4. Browse the required file and click the file name.
  5. Click Save.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
