Lightning web components
Remedyforce lightning components allow a seamless user experience to clients as they interact with Remedyforce from Experience Cloud Sites or from Lightning apps.
- Staff users can view tickets and requests in Remedyforce Console that are submitted through the lightning components.
- Clients can view the tickets and the requests on the View My Activity page in Self Service.
Remedyforce administrators must configure lightning components to enable users to directly manage approvals, view assets, submit tickets, raise requests, or view self help articles without logging into any other URL. For more information, see Configuring Lightning Components.
Remedyforce supports the following lightning web components:
- Manage-Approvals
