Patch 3: version 4.6.00.03

This topic contains information about updates in this patch and provides instructions for downloading and installing the patch.

Updates

This patch contains various fixes to the BMC Release Process Management product and the following updates:

  • (US197252) You can now use automation scripts to set the BMC Release Package and Deployment properties on the package instance level, while BMC Release Package and Deployment package properties remain unchanged. For more information, see BMC-Release-Package-and-Deployment.
  • (US153291) For concurrent steps within the same request, you can now set the step Priority parameter. For more information, see Managing-steps.
  • (US150228) Now you can change the default time estimation for steps. For more information, see Specifying-general-settings.
  • (US150682) Now you can see the release tag and the environment that step is running on in the following tables: Dashboard > Currently Running Steps and Requests > Currently Running Steps.
  • (US200095) You can now set a schedule for evironments and stages used in a release plan. For more information, see Managing-plans.
