Tickets

BMC Release Process Management uses tickets to record that application teams' code is ready. Your organization schedules releases of software at specific times. The applications teams release software during multiple calendar windows. The release coordinator can have difficulty keeping track of events throughout the environments. The BMC Release Process Management tickets help the release coordinator identify which code segments are ready, what is happening in different environments, and so on.
