Сalendar reports

BMC Release Process Management provides the following calendar reports that help you determine granular details about the environments in use:

You can view the reports, apply filters, set date ranges, change the report view to show data by month, week, or day, and save the report in various formats, such as .png, .jpg, and .pdf.

These reports help you plan your environment usage across multiple releases. You can also use these reports to detect and avoid conflicts regarding your environment usage. These reports help you determine the following information:

  • Which environments are being used
  • Which environments are being used for particular releases
  • Release dates, and end dates for particular environments for particular releases
  • Environments assigned for particular applications and components of the applications

Note

The Calendar available on the Requests tab in version 2.5.00 is completely revamped in version 2.6.00, providing two calendar reports on the Plans tab.
