BMC Release Process Management provides the following calendar reports that help you determine granular details about the environments in use:

You can view the reports, apply filters, set date ranges, change the report view to show data by month, week, or day, and save the report in various formats, such as PNG, JPEG, and PDF.

These reports help you plan your environment usage across multiple releases. You can also use these reports to detect and avoid conflicts regarding your environment usage. These reports help you determine the following information:

• Which environments are being used
• Which environments are being used for particular releases
• Which events (deployment windows) are used for the environment deployment activities and requests assigned to these events
• Which release dates and end dates are set for particular environments and releases
• Which environments are assigned for particular applications and components of the application.
