Note

Time to Complete Report displays a candle chart that represents the time to complete for each application requests during a specified time period. When you select any filter, this report is generated automatically for all the applications that you are managing and all the requests created and started for those applications. Each candlestick along the X-axis represents all the requests for a particular application. The height of each candlestick represents the time for request completion, in minutes. You can move your pointer along the candlestick to see the maximum, minimum, and mean (average) time to complete requests.

You can click any candlestick displayed in the chart to view a table of all the completed requests for that application at the bottom of the chart. The table provides the details of the completed request, such as the application it serves, the environment it uses, the associated steps, the user who created the request, the release details, and so on. You can click a row of this table to display the Requests tab, from which you can export the displayed details from the table to a .csv file and save it (click the Export to csv link at the top of the table).

You can save the chart in various formats, such as .png.jpg, and .pdf.

You can also set filters to view the information for various environments and processes.
