Getting the ISPN000476: Timed out waiting for responses exception


You may get the following warning message:

BRPM generates the following error message in the server.log file:

The above error impacts few nodes in the cluster. To make sure that the node is correctly added to the cluster, do the following steps.

  1. Stop the BRPM service on the faulty node.
  2. Run a request, such that the automation step gets executed on the impacted node.
