Troubleshooting iOS store that has stopped accepting logons


If your iOS store has stopped accepting user and admin logons and attempts to log on to your store are failing, refer to the table below for possible causes and solutions.

The iOS Enterprise Certificate for your BMC AppZone Client may have expired.

Contact Apple Inc. to receive an updated certificate.

The iOS Application Provisioning Profile for your BMC AppZone store may have expired.

Contact pa-appzone_support@bmc.com for an updated certificate and provisioning profile and BMC will resign your BMC AppZone Client.

Note

These certificates expire annually. Your company IT Administrators should track the renewal dates to avoid certificate issues with your store.
