Deprecated and discontinued components

Deprecated features are still available in the product or service. However, they are no longer under active development and might be discontinued in the future. We encourage you to plan and implement the recommended change. These changes can affect how you configure or run the installed version of FootPrints.

Deprecated operating systems

Support for the following operating systems is deprecated:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x (64-bit)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x (64-bit)

Important

Users operating on deprecated OS will receive support only for FootPrints related issues. For any operating system related issues, we recommend shifting to a supported OS. 

Deprecated databases

Support for the following databases is deprecated:

  • PostgreSQL 11.x 
  • PostgreSQL 10.x 
  • PostgreSQL 9.3 to 9.6.x
