Updates to system requirements

• Support for OpenJDK 17 is included.
• Support for PostgreSQL 10.x is included.
• Support for Apache Tomcat Version 9.x (64-bit) is included.
• Support for Ubuntu 18.04.x LTS and Ubuntu 20.04.x LTS is included.
• CentOS Linux 7.x (64-bit) and CentOS Linux 6.x (64-bit) are deprecated.
• Support for OpenJDK 12 and OpenJDK 13 is removed.

You can configure the Customize permission for agent roles to allow or block customization of home page features in different portals.

This version has modified the container publication process. According to internal quality assessments, under specific conditions, publish time is improved by 25–50 percent.
