Fix
This patch includes fixes for the following defects:

Incoming emails with OAuth 2.0 validation are not processed | For incoming email with OAuth 2.0 validation, the following error code is displayed: InvalidAuthenticationToken See defect ID DRZNZ-15818. |
Incoming email votes are not counted | When an email is sent in HTML format, the email votes are not counted. See defect ID DRZNZ-15703. |
Clients cannot access Knowledge Base articles | When a user, logged in as a client, tries to access a Knowledge Base article, a client exception error message is displayed. See defect ID DRZNZ-15645. |
