Quick report
This feature allows you to quickly report on one or more Issues. It can be done from the Homepage or from the results of a search. This is useful when you want a report of one or more issues displayed on the Homepage without creating a custom report.
To create a Quick Report:
- On the FootPrints Homepage, select the Issues to be included in the report using the Quick Action Checkbox dialog.
- To select all Issues on the Homepage, click the All checkbox.
- Select Report from the drop-down box above the checkboxes.
- Select a report format from the drop-down.
- Click GO. A new browser window opens containing the report results. It can be printed or saved directly from the browser.
- If one or more Report Templates are configured, an option to format the Issues using one of the templates is available. If a custom Report Template is used, each Issue selected is displayed in a separate window for printing purposes. If Summary is selected, all Issues are contained in one window.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
