Continuous improvement program
The BMC FootPrints Service Core Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) tool collects anonymous data on your system in order to improve the BMC FootPrints Service Core product. No proprietary data is collected if CIP is enabled, only anonymous system data. The data collected is used to guide future product improvements and also assist BMC Support if and when you call in with a specific need or problem. At BMC, we respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Refer to the BMC Software Privacy Policy if you are concerned about your privacy.
To enable the CIP, click the button labeled Send Anonymous Data. No other action is required of you. Data is gathered and sent once only when you click the button.
