Address Book Administration
The Workspace Administrator can customize the Address Book for the current workspace. Adding, editing, and deleting Address Book fields works similarly to Workspace Fields. Address Book fields can be administered by the Workspace Administrator under Administration | Address Book on the BMC FootPrints Service Core Toolbar. These options are also available by clicking Options on the Address Book Toolbar.
The options on the Address Book administration page change dynamically depending on whether you are configuring your workspace for the first time or converting the Address Book from BMC FootPrints Service Core format to either LDAP or Dynamic SQL. These options are available if you have purchased them from BMC.
