Assigning tickets to yourself


If you have been assigned to a ticket, it appears on your assignment list. You can also assign a ticket to yourself.

To assign a ticket to yourself

  1. Open a ticket for editing
    If requests are utilized in your environment, when you open a new request for editing, the status changes to Open and the request becomes a ticket.
  2. In the Assignees field, select your name.
  3. Click Save.
    The ticket is assigned to you and appears in your queue.
