Resetting your password

There are two steps to resetting your password:

  • Register: From the FootPrints portal, click the Welcome link and select the Password Reset link. Then follow the instructions in Registering-your-User-ID-for-Password-Reset. You will select security questions and record the answers to use later.
  • Reset Password: When you need to reset your password, submit a Password Reset request, following the instructions in Requesting-password-reset. You must answer the security questions that you selected when you registered, and your answers must be an exact match to your original answers. An email is sent with a link to the Password Reset form where you must enter a new password.
