Approving applications

Generic applications that have been set up for discovery by BMC Database Automation appear in the pending approval section under Applications. For instructions about discovering generic applications, see Specifying-information-for-generic-applications.

To approve generic applications

  1. Select Pending Approval > Applications in the Context Frame.
     Any generic applications pending approval appear.
  2. Select the applications that you want to approve.
  3. Click Approve Selected.
  4. On the Approve page, click Approve.
     A success message appears and the selected applications no longer appear in the pending approval list.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
