Viewing the Action repository

  1. From the Management Console main page, select Actions > Action Repository in the Context Frame.

  2. To filter the list of Actions by the associated scope, select a value from the Scope list box and click Filter.

    The [confluence_table-plus] macro is a standalone macro and it cannot be used inline.

  3. To search for a specific Action, enter the Action name in the Find Action field, and click Find.
  4. To sort the list of Actions by the values in a column, click the header for that column.

  5. To perform a task on a particular Action, open the list box on the right side of the row for that Action, and select one of the following tasks.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
