Renaming a cluster

You can rename a cluster in the Context Tree in BMC Database Automation. Only the display name is renamed.

To rename a cluster

  1. In the Context Tree, select the cluster that you want to rename.
  2. Select Maintenance > Rename Oracle Cluster.
  3. In the Rename Oracle Cluster page, type the new name of the domain in the New Oracle Cluster Name field.
  4. Click Rename Oracle Cluster.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
